Welcome to VIP Chat Membership. These Terms of Service govern your use of our membership platform, including VIP groups, subscriptions, payments, and creator tools.

1. Eligibility

2. Accounts and Roles

You may register as a Subscriber (to join groups, chat, and support creators) or a Creator (to run VIP groups, earn revenue, and host live sessions). Creator accounts may be subject to platform review and approval before full access. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscriptions and payments are processed securely through our payment partners. By subscribing to a creator’s VIP group or making purchases, you agree to our payment terms and any applicable subscription terms. Refunds are subject to our refund policy and applicable law.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to post illegal, harassing, infringing, or otherwise prohibited content. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or our community standards. You may not circumvent access controls, scrape data, or misuse the platform.

5. Intellectual Property

Content you post remains yours where applicable; by posting you grant us a license to operate and display it on the platform. Our brand, design, and technology are owned by us or our licensors.

6. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes may be communicated via email or in-app notice.
